I was surprised and delighted to return from a trip to New York City on Sunday to find that Tim had planted a beautiful Yellow Rose! He indicated that “someone” had left it on our front stoop – he had returned home to find it awaiting him/us. You wouldn’t happen to know who that ‘someone’ is, would you? ? We wish to thank you very much for giving our thirty year home a maintenance free exterior. In five days, your expert team took away our badly faded aluminum siding and replaced it with beautiful grey Alcoa Premium Insulated vinyl with matching trim coil. Your suggestion of covering all our painted surfaces with aluminum trim was a good one. It means that we won’t be climbing high ladders to paint the exterior wood on the house ever again. The larger gutters, the same color as the siding, blend in so well that they are much less noticeable. But their best feature is that they keep out leaves and debris. We won’t be cleaning gutters anymore. Your team showed up on time every day. They often stayed late until the section they were working on was complete. Our siding man, Brian, was an excellent craftsman. His finishing work on all the angles and corners has given the house a customized appearance. Everyday a work supervisor came by or called to make sure we were pleased with the job. He always asked if we needed anything else. Your prices were reasonable, your hard workers well trained, and any questions or clarification was only a phone call away. We highly recommend your company. Anyone wishing to stop by our home is more than welcomed. Come anytime during the next thirty years. The house always looks the same. Don’t look for us out in front painting or cleaning gutters. Once again Creative Windows has demonstrated performance beyond customer expectations! A Creative Windows team member stopped by to install a kick plate on our door and I had to write to let you know how he went beyond performance expectations. He was in the area and stopped by to install the kick plate as a customer courtesy. Upon installation he noticed that the kick plate was damaged after pulling off the shrink wrap. My first thought was to let him know that it was no problem and I would just take it back and install it myself. Well he actually took the kick plate back to the store (Lowe’s) where it was originally purchased, and picked up a replacement (on his own time) and installed it! What an awesome example of customer service!! Rather than leave the job realizing the time that would lapse for me to take it back and contact him the next time he was in the area he decided to take it back on his own initiative to assure the job was complete! Recently I had several windows and a patio door replaced by Creative Windows of Sterling, VA. I strongly recommend this company to anyone who requires work of this nature carried out. Throughout everyone connected with the business showed themselves to be professional in manner and extremely competent. The initial sales discussions were carried out by a very sensible person who was very helpful but at the same time not constantly trying to push unwanted extras upon us. All the actual work was started spot on time and date promised and completed as promised. The work was done efficiently and with remarkable speed, in the main because a crew of considerable numbers turned up to do the job. The company’s boss in person visited while the work was ongoing to ensure all was well. Finally the windows and door are of very good quality whereas the price was in my view very reasonable, given the high quality of the product and the efficiency of everyone from Creative Windows involved. My husband and I wanted to thank to Matt, Alberto, Jose, and Brian for the quick response to my frantic call last Friday evening. With the rain dripping down the support posts inside the chimney box-curiously, not the chimney pipe itself-and through the ceiling into the garage, we assumed that the trim and siding your company installed might not have caulked properly. That, we know now, was not the case at all. In fact, the metal collar flashing around the chimney pipe had somehow loosened, allowing water to seep into the chimney box. We are grateful for the efforts made to cover the chimney while it was still raining and then to inspect the workmanship and caulk the chimney flashing afterwards to prevent future leaks. I hope this check for $150 is enough to reimburse Creative Windows for the cost of your employees’ time and the supplies purchased at Home Depot on our behalf.
